Mis colores, tus colores. (My colors, your colors)

Program description

This workshop is available virtually and in-person.

Students will explore their colors and identify their palette as artists do.

By making connections between colors and memories or feelings, students have the broaden their perception of color at the same time they learn and acquire new vocabulary in Spanish. This exercise also intends to expand the language and conversation on diversity and identity through the richness of color and perception.

All the names of the colors are made up, make up your own!

Choose your color + an adjective/noun

Examples:

  1. The color of your eyes
  2. The color of your hair
  3. The color of your skin
  4. The color of your shirt
  5. The color you associate with home
