Using liquid nitrogen as our primary prop, Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream’s in-school exploration will facilitate discussion of topics such as States of Matter, Water Cycle, Ideal Gas Law, the Leidenfrost Effect, creative uses of the scientific method, and defining and testing hypotheses. We demonstrate the concepts through various exciting experiments that culminate in the real-world application of flash freezing ice cream for the students. We adapt the presentation appropriately to suit the age of audience. We have presented from preschool age to retirement age, including the American Society of Chemical Engineers.

We demonstrate the concepts through various exciting experiments. Each virtual presentation is performed live and designed to encourage question answer interaction throughout.
Virtual presentation material is 20 to 25 minutes without questions, but with question/answer we expect up to 45 minutes as class time is available.
