Artist Series Concerts of Sarasota was formed in 1996 as Artist Series of Sarasota. The non-profit organization presents world-class musical experiences in a diverse range of genres, including classical, jazz, pops, Broadway, orchestral and opera. Our 26th season features 29 performances covering a wide variety of musical offerings, many of them by exciting young ‘stars on the rise.’ The lineup includes classical recitals, pops, jazz, chamber soirées and luncheon and dinner concerts in a variety of dynamic venues, including the Historic Asolo Theater, Sarasota Opera House, Temple Sinai, Bird Key Yacht Club, Plantation Golf and Country Club, State College of Florida and the music room of the one-of-a-kind Fischer-Weisenborne residence.
