North Port High School Visual & Performing Arts Magnet has taken great pride in creating specialized programs in the arts areas of Visual Arts, Instrumental & Vocal Music Arts, Theatre Arts, and Dance Arts. We were named Sarasota County’s South Arts Magnet during the 2020- 2021 school year. Our staff and students have worked very hard over the last 22 years to develop strong supportive arts programs where our students continue to grow and develop their artistic self. We offer many opportunities to connect students with support and training beyond high school as they move toward finding colleges and careers.

The North Port High School Department of Choral and Vocal Studies is well known for a beautiful blend of harmonies, musicality, and a sound you won’t hear anywhere else. Vocal groups to be featured are Vocem, Eclipse, and Crescendo. There will also be some solo performances featured. This wonderful school day concert will feature arrangements for the winter season, and some of your holiday favorites that share a message of peace and joy.
